  • Defines and evaluates the hazards, risks, and opportunities that may arise in terms of quality, environment, energy, and occupational health and safety; plans and implements the necessary precautions to prevent, eliminate or reduce the possible negative effects of its undesirable effects and allocate the necessary resources for these,
  • Researches and applies techniques that continuously improve our product and service quality in all management systems, prevent environmental pollution, minimize risks by ensuring effective use of energy and natural resources, and increase the possibilities of improvement in terms of quality, environment, energy and OHS with new technologies,
  • Is profitable, consistently growing, developing, satisfying its stakeholders, and adopts the principle of increasing all performances related to management systems and preventing nonconformities by providing consultation and participation of employees.

INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

Within the framework of the Information Security Management System, Kros Otomotiv aims to minimize the risks that will affect business continuity regarding the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of corporate information and the effects of these risks.

In order to sustain the information security management system, it is committed to fulfill the following objectives in particular:

  • To sustain and improve reliability by protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of corporate information, assets and information systems,
  • To ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding Information Security and other requirements that we undertake to comply with; to ensure compliance with contracts with our customers, business partners, suppliers, non-governmental organizations, public institutions and organizations,
  • To identify and systematically manage risks to information assets and business processes, thereby ensuring that administrative, operational and supportive business activities continue with minimum interruption,
  • Being aware of the importance of the Information Security Management System, to evaluate continuous improvement opportunities and to carry out continuous improvement activities by determining policies and standards, documenting them and allocating the necessary resources,
  • To conduct trainings to improve technical and behavioral competencies in order to raise awareness on information security,
  • To ensure that security violations are managed and administrative and criminal sanctions are applied when necessary,
  • To protect the confidentiality of important data such as customer data, supply sources and employee information for our current activities within the scope of information security,
  • To ensure that personal and company-specific data are processed in accordance with the law and honesty rules, accurate and up-to-date, for specific, clear and legitimate purposes,
  • To ensure that personal and company-specific data are relevant, limited and measured for the purpose for which they are processed and to keep them for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed.

Kros Otomotiv, Information Security Policy is valid and mandatory for all full and part-time Kros Otomotiv personnel using corporate information or business systems, regardless of geographical location or business unit. All persons who do not fall into these classifications, such as third party service providers and their affiliated support staff who need access to Kros Otomotiv information, must adhere to the general principles and obligations of this policy.

The common goal of KROS Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş. senior management and all its employees; in all stages of product, process design, production and service activities, in accordance with the expectations and requirements of our organization, our employees, our customers and society;

In line with the policy we have determined, we have adopted the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the following principles.

Kros Otomotiv's social responsibility policy is based on doing things that will add value to the national economy and make a sustainable contribution to society. All our activities are planned and executed in line with our respect for people and the environment; our responsibility to use natural resources efficiently guides us in all our work.

While raising awareness on the use of "clean energy" for a more liveable world, we are trying to find ways to reduce our ecological footprint.

Within the scope of our Corporate Social Responsibility policy, social responsibility activities that provide sustainable social benefits are our primary goal. We continue to support social responsibility projects that are in line with our values every year. We plan to spread our current projects across the country to reach more people. We also try to support social responsibility projects of various organizations in line with our values.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL/OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

The common target of KROS Automotive top management and all employees is to ensure the legal and standard compliance of and continuously improve effectiveness of our environmental/occupational health and safety management system at every phases of product, process design, production and service activities in parallel with expectations and requirements of our corporation, employees, customers and community.

In line with this policy, following principles are adopted:

  • With the consciousness of Occupational Safety; sensitive to society, employees and environment; investing in human, information and technology and realizing its production with zero occupational accident and environmental accident target,
  • To maintain an Environmental & Occupational Health and Safety Management System, which is supported and supervised by the senior management and adopted, implemented, audited and reviewed by all employees,
  • To ensure and maintain a safe and healthy working environment; comply with all legislation, administrative regulations, legal responsibilities and standards related to health, safety and environment,
  • To provide continuous improvement by providing a common point of view in accordance with health, safety and environment requirements at every level of the organization
  • Identify occupational health and safety and environmental hazards in processes, assess risks, eliminate risks or reduce their potential impacts; plan and implement measures, allocate necessary resources
  • Ensuring the participation of all employees and employee representatives on the issues related to the Management of Health and Safety Management,
